Is Jay-Z Jewish?

Jay-Z is not Jewish.  Jay-Z was born on December 4, 1969 as Shawn Corey Carter.  His early life was marked by a very tough existence in the projects of New York.  In 1994, Jay-Z became interested in music and now is known the world over as a music and entertainment mogul.

Jay-Z is married to the beautiful R&B genius, Beyonce, and enjoys the beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, they had together on February 10, 2012.

    Ya I always had doubts bout jay z
    I thought he was Jew , I mean the signs are there, cheap,controls a lot of the rap industry... Just saying

    why can other people speak of jews but I can not .that is racist in it's self
    you shouldn't have a web site that is not free of speech and opion.it does not surprise me that this web site is ran with regulations by the jewish community to keep their quote un quote dignity .... my religion is not important but I find it very unfair that there is a machine or possibly a person who is reading everything I post and find it up to them whether or not other people should hear my comments on your jew or not website

You speak the truth brother/sister. I'm surprised there's not more people commenting about Jay-Z. Christians, Jews, Muslims, what have you. Is it because of his Jewish influence (e.g. Rick Rubin) that's why he was profiled or because he has Jewish ancestry? He is very anti-Christian. Yes he wore Christian bling, like crosses and such but so does Joey Kramer of Aerosmith and he's Jewish. My point? More people should write and discuss what Anonymous June 23 2012 did, And I can't believe that no one else has written or commented about Jay-Z?!? P.S. How can I contact the creators of this web-site to discuss suggestions of who to profile, please somebody reply, thank-you. :)
